The
Australian Native Plants Society, Canberra Region
Inc. has two regular publications.
Bulletin
The Bulletin
is published monthly except in January. It contains
news items and announcements and details of
the Society's current activities and those of
related organisations. It is posted to all members
at the beginning of each month.
Journal
The Society's
Journal is published four times a year:
in March, June, September and December. It is
a forum for members who are encouraged to write
articles about any aspect of the Society's interests
and activities. Articles may be illustrated
by members' photographs and drawings from time
to time. The cost of the Journal is included
in membership subscriptions. A limited amount
of paid advertising may be carried where that
advertising conforms to the aims of the Society
to foster recognition, conservation, and cultivation
of Australian native plants. For further information
contact the editor at GPO Box 2643, Canberra,
ACT 2601.
The Society
has also published a detailed guide to native
plants for the Canberra region: Australian
Plants for Canberra Region Gardens and other
cool climate areas, 4th edition, 2001,
available from the Society and all good bookshops.
